I fancy trying a new yeast for my next brew as I've got bored of the Hopback stuff I've been using. I have Naylors, Brakspear and Black Isle beers in my store cupboard what do you reckon I should culture up and use?
Does anyone know anything about the origins of these yeasts or has anyone used the Naylors or Black Isle yeast before?
