As the ninja that does a lot of the trimming in the Introduce yourself Forum, I intend to stop at about 6 months worth . . .but the issue for me is that often these threads contain brewing info . . . . It is an incredible amount of work to read each thread and split out the relevant stuff . . .so it is deleted wholesale . . .in many ways this is a shame, in others the questions have already been answered elsewhere in the forum.evanvine said:I agree with all the above arguments for "trimming", but may I suggest that the , non brewing, welcome posts are not trimmed.

Then again if that happens they were doing it for the wrong reason in the first place :lol:
I simply dont have the time personally to welcome every new member, which is a shame so stopped quite a while ago
