Looking around at others posts i will leave it for a couple of weeks then think again :hmm: to be honest this is pure moon landing stuff for me, never been there before :D
The first stage went well for about four hours, its still bubbling away, but the yeast head as totally gone? hope this is normal, i will find out soon enough i suppose, it's gone cloudy (i expected that) time will tell i suppose :geek:

When its totally clear can i bottle it in clear plastic screw thread pop bottles? and do i add anything else or is it as is for drinking then please.

Are these 'turbo' ciders meant to be flat ciders? if so fair enough, but if there meant to be slightly fizzy then mine as turned out wrong  if it wrong is there anything i can do to make it fizzy?
thanks.

Ah, sorry missed your previous question on this thread, when bottling use 1/2 to 1 TSP sugar to each 500ml bottle to carbonate (make fizzy) 1/2 tsp = slight fizz 1 tsp = good solid fizz.

It's fine to drink still though too!

PS Love the sig ;)
