Two weeks ago i picked and juiced 10 gallons of apple juice. I put it in 2 five gallon buckets to ferment. My receipe is 5 gallons juice two packs of champange yeast one quart honey and 3 pounds of brown sugar. The 5 gallon cans are bubbling and i am going to take it off next week and put it in 2 5 gallon carboys for three more weeks.I am going to put it in beer bottles after the three weeks. Can you leave the bottles out of the fridge after it is bottled? How do you make it fise are should you just leave it flat?Is there any thing else i should for? Thanks :drink:

I am making my first cider and thanks for the reply.I have a new question can you take the lid off the 5 gallon bucket with the air lock and check with the hydrometer?I am in the last of 3 weeks with this recipe and would like to make sure all is well. :drink:
