My first AG of 2013 with left overs from 2012

Me and a mate thought well nice day on Sunday what shall we do?? Well we got a brew on the go whatelse.

Just used anything laying around so hope its going to be nice
Its going to be a Summer Pale hoping for a 4.5% nice easy summer day session beer


We used

85% Pale Malt
15% Crystal Malt

Played with some hops

40min Willamette
20min Centennial

With a yeast starter pulled form another batch we made over Christmas

OG came out at 1050 - Bit hazy so hope it will clear mash tun was not playing games cant wait to build the new system

Then tucked it up in the FB in my new Fremfridge set it to 19.

Now that's done my mate cleaned up and I cleared some garden space for my new hop plants coming this week.
And of course we enjoyed a nice bank hol pint.

Planning our next one now as well were going to do a nice Summer Raspberry Pale, Will get Pics next time
