And if that were the case, so what?
By the way, they've been going for ages. Where do they claim to be UK's nearest homebrew company?
So, if they are not clear about where they are based why should I trust anything else they say

Suit yourself. If you don't care what their customers say then sail on..
No question about where they're based. Looks pretty clear to me.

It's clear they are in Ireland so why do they try to pretend to be in the UK?

I think this was covered adequately earlier in the thread and members now have more than enough information to make their own minds up on whether to use them or not.

Time to get back on topic.

That's not fair. They're not pretending to be British, rather they have two websites, one priced in £ and the other priced in €. Ireland's currency is the euro, so they're doing us brits a favour by pricing on £ as it saves messing around with exchange rates. Even PayPal's exchange rate is not as good as HBC.

Went onto their site to have a look this evening....everything is marked as sold out!
Is this usual?

Was looking to try them instead of Brouwland to change (for delivery to France).

Anyone have a clue?

I have bought off HBC for last 5 years+, never had a problem with them. They are just down the road from me and I've been in the shop a few times. Looked at the site there and eveything I normally buy seems in stock. My only real gripe was the 5% discount doesn't seem to work anymore

Since Brexit I only really buy from them or Get Er Brewed who are good too.

That's funny, I've just checked both their websites (...co.uk and ....ie) and everything seems to be as it should. Some of the extract kit ranges are pretty much sold out. It looks, from the variety of brands, that they're phasing some out to iintroduce new ones.
What were you looking for?

Plenty there to choose from. Bulldog, Muntons and Geordie seem to have been discontinued in favour of the first link, which seems to be their favoured brand. Little loss there, in my opinion.

The Irish website indicated the same stock, priced in euros.
