I admire your patience and tenacity. Longest I've left a bottle of home brew wine is 2 years. Although I do have some potato beer still in the shed that's years old. But it was horrible then and I can't bring myself to open it still.
My wife love's sour beers. Especially cherry or any berry types.
I can drink one. But not 10 litres.
