Just put this kit on, og of 1040, anybody tried this one?

Hi Guys,

Got a problem with this one, i use an airlock on my FV, and normally within a few hours its bubbling away, this has started yet on this kit, is there anything i can do to help it out?

Just give it a little time, if its not fermenting after 24 hours add another sachet of yeast :thumb:

all sorted, gave it a good stir and that seems to have done the trick

Just cracked the first bottle open, still cloudy and a taste similar to erdinger? not sure if this is right for this kit? should be ready by now, has anybody else done this kit?

Yes - I'm just starting to drink it. Very nice smooth lager. Lovely body with a good foamy head.

Mine didn't clear very well either.

A very acceptable Pilsner.
