I've ordered a muntons gold continental pilsner this week, just waiting on delivery. I'm thinking of tweaking it with a hop tea and a dry hop. I've currently got Sovereign, Bramling Cross, Northern Brewer and Challenger. I'll be bumping up the ABV to about 6% with dark brown sugar. And I'll be using either S04,MGJ M54 or M20(and I always have my Wilko Gervin backup). I've also ordered Festival, Vienna Red Lager, New Zealand Pilsner and German Weiss (on a lager tip at the moment). Any suggestions about the kit, hop and yeast combo for any of these would be very welcome. Well, that's the plan, we'll see how it pans out.
