That looks like a lovely dark christmas cake! :) I can't stand fruit cake, but have made one for DH, and there's nearly half a bottle of brandy in it too. I'm guessing this cake isn't suitable for small children, so DH will have to eat it all himself. He will probably end up taking it to work and becoming a drunken postman on his lunch break :lol:
