Just had a thought that i don't know the answer to. Am sure one of you guys will know.

Is it possible (or advisable) to pitch two different yeasts at the same time, to try to get the best of what they both bring to the party so to speak. If it was possible would the profile be the same every time?

I did it once but didnt notice a difference was a repitch of something or other and a packet of something
not keeping notes yet as love the stuff I produce too much to bother
