Mittelfrueh

I've been having a look through M Ollossons Real Ales book and came across Old Horse Whip.
It's bittered and aroma'd with Saaz...and only Saaz.

It got me thinking....I have a kilo of Mittlefrueh in the freezer, that I'd like to use up.
What do you guys reckon to a Mittelfrueh only brew :hmm:

I got them with the idea of making a lager, but I didn't have a way of controlling the fv temp at the time.
I quite fancy a pale with them :hmm:

JW (Head honch of beer club) made an amazing pale ale with just Mittelfruh, it was an aroma I'd never tasted in a beer before - they're great
