Midlands Craft Brewers January Meeting

Our January Meeting takes place next Saturday (18th Jan) at the Western Pub in Leicester. The main topic is yeast and we have several beers where the wort has been split and fermented with different yeasts .
The meeting starts at 11.30am and if you would like to come please let me know.
The pub has no catering facilities and is having to use outside caterers. Therefore if you would like to participate in the buffet I need to know by this Sunday

I hope your meeting is fruitful Allan , It would be great if brewing clubs such as the Midlands Craft Brewers and others could be apart of this forum such as a side link to follow what's gone on and share methods etc and also your clubs would get new members :hmm: but i know nothing about computers so i've no idea how simple/hard that would be .

I quite agree and I shall certainly be telling our members at the meeting what a great weekend we had at Hixon last year(apart from the weather which the moderators have promised to sort out for this year)
In fact, I expect there will be quite a contingent from Midlands Craft Brewers at Hixon this year.Look well if we run off with all the prizes!!
If any of the moderators support your suggestion I would be very happy to discuss the matter with them.
