200kg axle deadlift for 5 reps i got, my first day doing this actual training, it was fun and really good!

WHAT IT DID TO MY HAND HAHA!

I'm working on my right bicep at the moment, I've done about 15 reps but only a light weight which gets lighter every time I lift it to my mouth. :drink:

I can't even imagine what it must be like to lift something like that axle, my back feels like its crumbling every time I pick my 3 year old up.

LMFAO, had to read it twice yo understand u haha here is a video of me doing 230kg, i actually beat this by 10kg the week after. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRWkyAWIEiE

I don't do it for gains or anything. Not interested in being skinny, or being mr muscle.

I basically just do it for health reasons, mainly just dumbell training, full body workout. Used to do some cardio but not much these days.

Tend to use 35-40 kg dumbells with high reps. Can't find room for a barbell or bench at the moment.

When I do press ups, I'm not actually pushing my body up from the floor, I'm pushing the world away from me :D

Looks like the palm of a single 16 year old lad.....
