I tried to brew this beer last year and it was great for a week then I must have oxidised the keg as it went grey and dull so I dumped.the keg. Thankfully the 2nd attempt is still tasting fresh after almost 2 months(it's almost gone).Could definitely get the mosaic, not usually my favorite, but worked well in this one, lovely aroma.
Recipe for the Cashmere Single Hop:
11.5 L batch
2200g Best Pale Ale Malt
125g Carapils
60m Mash at 66C
60m boil
Hops - all Cashmere
10g @ 60m
10g @ 15m
15g @ 5m
20g @ 80C hopstanf
45g Dry Hop (4 days)
Lallemand Verdant IPA yeast
1050 OG
1010 FG
5.2% abv
37 IBU
3.4 SRM
