May 22 Competition - American Pale Ales

I tested mine straight from the Fermzilla yesterday. I'll be sending it straight out after the cold crash.

Just checking, is this still the plan? My American Amber is ready to go but I've only just kegged the Pale. Looks like I'll be cutting it fine again (note to self - try not to drink all the Amber!)

Ok. That timing works for me. Due to half term holidays I am not going to be able to post mine out until the 6th. Unless I teach my wife how to bottle beer from my keg using the iTap

Mine is waiting in the corner shop for Yodel to come pick it up and shake the living buggery out of it!

I've not refrigerated the bottle at all yet after conditioning so will need a day or so in the fridge if you have space...

Plenty of fridge space so no worries, not judging till the 12th so should have settled by then!

Royal Mail tried to deliver 2 parcels yesterday which I presume to be beer, hope to pick them up saturday when the sorting office opens.
