I've been out of brewing for a while now but hoping to get back nto it... The first step is I've just got a Maxi 210 chiller and want to get this working... Initially I'll probably try a keg until I get a brew myself.... So a few questions..
I think I have everything I need except a gas canister and the keg.... Now the kit Inc lines HAv been stood a while I was going to replace all lines jus to be sure or would it be ok just to ensure some one cleaner through t? It also comes with a canister for the sanitiser....
Next question is there any newbie guides how to use this?
What's the best gas to use? What's the smallest keg tyu can get?
Anybody use these HAv an advice...? I'm hoping to get this up and running for bonfire night if possible
