I've just had some pheasant a mate gave me a week ago. Pan fried with streaky bacon, shallots, mushrooms and deglazed with Port. Ate it with roast spuds, green beans, asparagus (I know - smelly wee), baby corn, broccoli and a pint of my treacle stout - a lovely massive hit of flavours. What is your best meal/drink combination?!
