Yes you will need a pump, why not look at a single vessel all in one system, mash recirculate and boil in the one vessel.I'm thinking about getting this mash tun:

You have to buy the sparge arm separately:

Could someone let me know if a pump would be needed to pump hot water through the sparge arm? If not, how do I do it without a pump?
