Evening all
I have brewed a NEIPA today with Motueka, Eukanot and Cashmere. I was planning to use a Kviek from CML but remembered I had a Mango Madness to try.
I’ve just been out to the garage and it’s cracking on nicely, 7 hours after pitching at 35 degrees.
Question is: should I treat Mango Madness like a Kviek, so look to dry hop Tuesday (48 hours after pitching) and then leave the hops in for 7 days and keg? The brew is in a fermzilla at 1 psi and I’ll probably wind the pressure up as I dry hop to around 10-12.
Any thoughts/comments appreciated.
