As per the title - can I get these in the supermarket, if so, which brand. Thanks

I don't think that you can get them in the supermarket, I think that they are a specialist brewing ingredient. I stand to be corrected though!

Yep they're a brewing ingredient.

Crisp's are called naked oat malt and Simpsons' are Golden Naked Oats. Think both are trademarked names.
