Hi guys . I've made loads of wines from juices and just made my first from fruit! It was meant to be blackberry, but realised I didn't have enough so put some frozen mixed fruit in to bulk it up.
I need to take the bag out tomorrow and was wondering if making jam from it was easy enough. As that is what someone has suggested for me to do woth it. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have a garden put it on the compost heap.
If not put it in the bin. ashock1

Done properly when wine is made from fruit just about everything will be extracted leaving only a yeast ridden pulp behind.
If there is any flavour or colour left it has not been extracted enough.(leave it in longer.)

Cheers
I actually just added sugar and cooked .from another recipe I found online and had it for breakfast thismorning it was lovely, cooked it for a bit to long tho as its pretty thick . Dont know wether yo take it out the fridge or not .
