M29 attenuation...

My Saison is done...down from 1047 to 1000.... apparently 100% attenuation,making it 6.1%!
Virtually clear too...and tastes ok..I'll bottle this now..

I’m going to give it another week.

I love saison, it's definitely in my top 3 beer styles. I've a recipe fermenting with Dupont since Sunday, taking my first reading tonight to see if I've avoided the stall. I've fermented it with sanitised foil over the fv instead of an airlock so I'm pretty curious.

Is the M29 the Magrove Jack's yeast?

I get twitchy when I get down to 200 pints - I know how quickly this stuff evaporates!!

Checked mine today in case it had stalled and is sitting at 1.004 so it’s gone down 6 points in 2 days.
