Looking for a brewery brew day experience for a mates 50’th

A good mate and brewing buddy of mine turns 50 soon and a few of us are looking for a nice gift for him and gift ideas are running a bit thin. I see some breweries do brewday experiences. Most breweries I’ve found so far that do these experiences brew more traditional ale styles, which I’m sure he’d enjoy, but he’s a massive hop head and loves hop forward pales and IPA’s, so ideally looking for a brewery specialising in those styles. Anyone know of any that do these brewday experiences? Willing to travel and make a weekend of it, but we’re in the East Midlands area. I see Neon Raptor do them but looking for others to choose from.

Langham at Petworth in South Downs do a brewer for the day. You get to brew on their kit. I dare say if you arrange it with them, you could go in on a day when they are brewing a hoppy beer.

Redwillow do traditional and craft beers, you could see if you could do this on a day they brew something craft. They are also one of the best breweries in the country.
