Hello,
I brewed a can of IPA and added light malt extract and a bag of glucose. I waited a month and tested it and found it to be cloudy, then after 3 months i found it still cloudy. I gave up on the brew and decided to dump it today (5 months after i brewed it), but by chance i poured off a glass and found it clear and tasting good so decided it was fine :-)
My main issue is today i poured off a pint which was cloudy, then the next 2 pints were fine, but now every pint i pour is getting more cloudy. I really dont understand?!?
I use a King Keg bottom tap and i'm getting really dishartened now as i have brewed at least 10 good brews in the barrel but this one seems to have gone to pot.
Any ideas on why it would be clear then go cloudy would be really helpful.
Thanks
