I used to buy all my grains from here before I went to online orders. That was about 3 years ago. Never had any complains. Didn't buy any DME from then though iirc
You can visit when open and weigh out your own grains. They charge £2 per kilo for anything including speciality malts. Not the cheapest but saves buying lots of packets of ingredients you won't use half of and is useful if you don't want to do a full online shop for supplies.

Not bought spray malt but I've no reason to doubt that it would be fine.
If you are interested they run a monthly homebrew club on the 3rd Thursday of the months. It's very friendly and they usually get someone good into talk and there is always plenty of homebrew to share.

I've bought DME from here and used it in my first few batches. I often still buy my grains here too. I'd recommend it. It's great for having a beer in and some of the staff there are incredibly knowledgeable and all are friendly!
