I've only recently started doing this but think I am always going to have one on the go from now on, I just strain it into my small 10L keg and start the next one immediately... Great for midweek drinking or adding some booze to at the weekend

10L plain kombucha
10L ginger and lemon kombucha
10L undecided kombucha (currently fermenting - might keg hop it...)

+30L

Total - 8,724L

That wasn't my total it was the forum total :D

Hopefully some heavy hitters are yet to add their totals.

I think home brewing is in decline the problem is a lot of people still think you cannot make decent beer at home especially those who's fathers used to make Boots kits in the airing cupboard, many home brew shops have closed so passing customers don't see them and take an interested leading to them taking up the hobby, then we have supermarkets selling cheap beer.
