Real quick question this.
I am about to transfer a batch from initial fermentation bucket to a pressure barrel. Have run out of dextrose to prime it, but find that I have a packet of "light spray malt" lying around that I understand can substitute. My only question is: do you use the same quantities as if it were dextrose? If not, by what factor do you multiply.
Thanks.
