Hi guys planning this one for Sunday
1 gallon biab
900 grams lager malt
50 grams cara hell
50 grams wheat malt
50 grams cara bohemian
Mash in 6.5 litres of water at 65oc for 60 mins
5 grams northern brewer at 60 mins
10 grams Liberty at 1 min
2 grams mangrove jack west coast yeast.
Gonna ferment it like an ale but condition at lager temps and hopefully end up with a good flavour but some crispness too
Any thoughts on this chaps ?
