I like the sound of this. Might try it with Duvel-style Belgian ale to really dry it out. What dosage would you need for a 23l batch?

Yeah, after the mash i cooled the wort to 36 degrees added the bacteria and held it at that temp for 24 hours then did a very quick boil the following day. I'm really impressed with it, it turned out 3.5% and very sessionable!

Thought I'd share my recent experience of GEB - I ordered a couple of custom all grain kits and a couple of packs of hops. The package turned up as expected but the hops were missing. I contacted GEB who were very apologetic and offered to send the hops out ASAP. This was at about 6pm on Thursday evening. The replacement hops arrived in the first post the next morning, turns out they'd spotted the mistake and sent them out before I'd even contacted them. Excellent service as usual, definitely a good reason to use them.
