Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else gets a bad taste with the last quarter of the bottle. I find that the rest is un-drinkable due to an awful taste. Was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if they knew how to resolve this issue.

That sounds like you are drinking from the bottle and not pouring into a glass. If you are drinking from the bottle then yes the last quarter will have a lot of sediment and yeast mixed up in it and you have kind of undone the conditioning period when it all settled so it won't taste good. Always pour into a glass and do it in one smooth pour avoiding the 'glug' of air going back in the bottle if you over-tilt and leave a little bit in the bottom so you don't pour the sediment. If it's a big bottle (>1 pint) then pour from the bottle into a big jug or similar container and then re-pour from that.
