read a few things online and looked through the gregg hughes book.
found some info on temps etc for lagering but nothing to say if you lager in the fv for a month or bottle it after 2 weeks then chill it for a month..
i brewed this on the 12th (helles bock) and its still in the fv,been fermenting @ 18ðc for 2 weeks,
so do i bottle it the chill it? or as i think,leave it in the fv for a month more at 2ðc then bottle it?
any guidance appreciated :grin:
