Hi.
I posted about this brew, over its difficult birth. ssslllooowww yeasties.
Now it's 18 days later and the gravity reading is 1.01, which seems well within a pilsner bottling range.

Thing is, there's still a patchy froth on the surface of the wort. Do I have to wait for the wort to clear entirely?
At this rate, it will be a Christmas brew.

If you've had a steady SG for 3 days you should be good to bottle. Don't worry about any froth.
