Hi everyone I made some geordie lager by mixing the wart with 220g of dark brown sugar and topping up with water to 15ltrs it took 10 days in the fermenting barrel and it's been 1 week and 6 days in 1 ltr bottles with 1 teaspoon of white sugar in each bottle it is very clear but when chilled it has the haze but I cracked a bottle open tonight and wow it tastes fantastic like a good lager with a slight honey after taste with good carbination it came out at about 6% ABV as it's not an exact calculation .very happy with 28 pints of quality lager ,I know it's not a true lager but not bad from a tin kit
