So I'm going to brew a Lager. I do a lot of Ale brewing.
So for this lager I'm just going to leave it in the shed/garage with a blanket. As it's quite chilly outside and should be good for brewing a lager. Can't get a fridge due to lockdown
Anyway I wanted to use some of my homegrown hops, first year growing them and using them. Infact this would be the first brew xD, but as always never know the AA Value. So was thinking of just using them in the last 15 mins as the only hop addition?
The hops are First Gold and dried by myself and frozen in vac packs.
The hops are really the only unknown, but would everything work? Any changes?
