So I've made a quick red wine with welchs's purple grape juice. At first I'd thought it had gone wrong as it tasted different to normal (not a great advert :lol: )
But people who have tryed it say its ok? but lacking something?
It's a bit thin for want of a technical/wine term, and maybe a bit sharp...
...Is there anything I can add now or is it too late because the wine is finished. Or is it finished, Will it improve over a year?
I've heard of some people sweetning with sweetex etc..?
