Hi everyone,
Although this is my first post I've been reading the forum for a while and found it very helpful.
My first brew failed to clear enough for my liking, despite using a secondary fermenter.
So this time I'm planning on using Kwik Clear finings for the last three days in my SF, before syphoning to a bottling bucket, and then bottling.
However I've just had the thought that adding the finings will take too much yeast out of suspension and impede bottling conditioning/carbonation.
So will using the Kwik Clear finings take to much yeast out of suspension for adequate carbonation? And if so what can I do to remedy the situation?
Thanks for any of your thoughts,
bonobo
