Cooper European brewed with 1kg of extra light dme.
Comes with a true lager yeast and taste is very similar to carling/ Heineken

I have heard a lot of good things about Coopers European Lager. I've done their mexican cerveza with pretty good results as well - the most recent occassion I totally ballsed it up, but that was my fault entirely.

Just another POV . . . I've done the Coopers European Lager . . . and was distinctly underwhelmed . . . Nothing like a lager . . . more a slightly hoppy ale, and it was fermented at 12C with a lager yeast
