ive done a few kit beers and im very pleased with them all so far,,,, :party:

i was looking :hmm: at a lager i have fermenting at the mo and was thinking if there was anything i could add to give it a different taste...
.i dunno what...
ive done loads of fruit juice wines ,[6 gallon fv ].where ive added different juices to the original recipe as it goes along,during topping up

anyone else tinker with kits or recipies..... :hmm: [im guessing the answer will be a YES]

BREWING;
tom caxton best bitter, the last one was ace and knocked people out ... :cheers:
a youngs larger kit,
a edme dark stout.... about to bottle,

i cant belive i all this started off.....by 1 gallon of wurzels :rofl:

A friend of mine used to add gratefruit juice to his largers but I'm afraid I don't know how much. You could try adding some to a pint, post fermentation as a guide I guess.

Only one way to find out is to do a small amount.. :thumb: maybe run some off into a gall DJ..add what you think then just wait!! ....you could use smaller bottle's and try say 3 or 4 types of fruit juice..make it a test, see what you come up with. :sick:
