Possible leak from round the top or the s30 valve could be leaking
Only other thing I can think of is around the tap.
If you put some soapy water around these three areas you will see bubbles where the co2 is escaping. I have changed all the seals on mine a couple of times but still have to screw the top on pretty firmly to get the of sealed to hold.

If it's a seal you can buy new seal kits for the lid, tap and S30 valve.

One cause of leaking pressure kegs posted recently is a mis match on the mould line, check for steps on the point the two halves of the mould meet, if it exists try filing it smooth very gently, or (based on other folk's success) contact the distributor and get a replacement body :)

Thanks for all the advice everyone, looks like I have a few things to try over the weekend.

Thanks Andy
