king kegged my coopers Irish stout last sunday and primed with 100g granulated sugar unfortunately I had to take the stout out the next day before returning to the keg. will this effect carbonation etc? i poured wee sample on wed but no head or anything is this normal? Do you think I will have decent head for xmas. I also have nitro oxide bulbs to supposedly make the stout creamier when should I start introducing this? I have a top tap with float system.

i think it's used instead of co2. on that note i'd probably do it straight away so it's got time to absorb into the beer in place of the co2 that's created by the sugar. why did you have to take it out?

I had fitted a new tap and it was leaking I had to refit lot tighter
