Keep it simple Newham

Hi keeping it simple water treatment for my AG, i don't pre boil, anyone near me ( Newman London ) that no's what condition the water is, I have campden tablet I use 1/2 tab & crs??not using as yet, But what about Epsom Salts,Calcium Chloride,Gypsum IM unsure on what add and amounts to keep it simple, I brew 19 liters at a time, any help appreciated Thanks Tricky :

Hi Tricky
I'm in North London and keep it very simple. I treat the water with campden tabs and that's it. I've tried various treatments in the past and to be honest, I can't tell any difference.
