gonna keg my st peters red tonight I have 1 free keg it's only 11 liters. I'll bottle condition the other 12 liters but should I rack off the 11 for the keg and use finings to clear then add to the keg or add the finnings straight to the keg ?
I know I've asked this before bit I'm still not sure what's best
I'm guessing it's better not to have sediment in the corny?
Thanks
ben
