Me too, not from Swansea just started brewing, first one was a Wilkos IPA and it turned out really nice.

What was your first brew?

Starting again after a few years not brewing,
Collecting new kit at the moment, some to replace tired old stuff.

Coopers pilsner but had to throw it as it was flat, have brewed a Coopers european larger which is still brewing now. Also made some blueberry wine, blackberry wine and some ginger beer.

I used sugar, but the one I'm brewing now I have used drops.
