Hi to 1 and all. First il start with the usuall bit, Name is carl but prefer to be called sailor, I live in huddersfield west yorkshire love a beer but hate paying for it (yorkshire lad you see). So thought a while back why not try and brew my own, so over the last couple of months or so been buying bit by bit and now once my last item arrives (tomz fingers crossed) i will stat my first batch. As you have probably guessed its a can of cooper's lager. If all goes well i hope too expand into the spirit side and brewing from origanal source of ingredient's.
Came across this forum by accident really while looking into co2 types of gas so after a while reading i thought i would introduce myself and get some advice for my first batch right upto my 1000+ batch and learn a thing or 2 too improve my brew. And in time who know's i might be giving the advice out

just spent the last few HOURS reading some old and some new threads, trying too find out a thing or 2 and yes i have found out loads of stuff that i have had no idea about and frankley the science bit is still going over my head but i will get around that part when i move on from the kit formation in a few months all being well. Anyway thanks again i will still be browsing the forum and if i dont find out all my questions to my answers i will post
