This is my saison recipe.


Recipe borrowed and tweaked slightly from @strange-steve


Malt bill
3.5 pilsner
1 kg rye malt
250g choc rye
250g sugar

Overnight mash at 63.

60 min boil
30g ekg @60
20@ 15
20 flameout/whirlpool.

Wort tastes nice and finished at 1060. 20l in the fv

Yeast Mangrove Jack Saison, fermented at 25/26 brewfridge struggle to get to that temp!
 
Hopefully everyone should have received feedback on their beers.
I am not a qualified judge but tried to give constructive and honest feedback that hopefully people find useful.
