Would you mind sharing your Omnipollo recipe? I love any of their stuff, but find it really hard to get recipe details for a clone

The beer is called Brygd. Think when it was released, the recipe was on the label. So you should be able to track it down online. If you can't, let me know and I will dig the book out (currently packed away due to moving house) and translate from Swedish to English.

You’re quick on the draw here Stig. I’ll enter either my raspberry Berliner Weisse or Sorachi Ace Saison.

Tried my saison on Friday and it’s over-bitter so I’ll enter my raspberry sour. Stig I’ll message you later, I’ll be going to the post office this week anyway.

It's basically the same but there are slight differences in the recipe that I have in the book. The percentages are a little different and my version has honey instead of molasses. IBU's are different too.

Yeah, it's in Swedish. There are a good few recipes. Nebuchadnezzar IPA, maz pale ale, another two IPA's, imp stout, Guinness (bizarrely), saison, Brooklyn lager, an evil twin beer, a brown ale. There might be another couple that I'm forgetting.
