On a first aid at work course today, as I got home early I thought I'd get this on.

The following went into the FV;

Contents of the 1 can kit
500g DME
500g Dark soft brown sugar
50g Cadbury Drinking Chocolate powder
50g Bournville Cocoa

Brewed to about 18/19 litres. Pitched yeast at 24 ish degrees. SG is 1050. Smells amazing!
 
Went off like a rocket for the first two days. Things have calmed down a bit now.

John Bull IPA is now conditioning in bottles out in the shed. Will wait a couple of weeks before sampling that.
 
This takes a fair while to mature and is best made with some dark DME - Leave it for at least 6 weeks after bottling, for best results
