Thanks Sadfield. Their Das Wunderkind reminds me that I must get a stock / old ale down for later blending to make an original 1920's Newcastle Brown.

I was thinking was it a mistake they all have FG 1.000 but the bit at the bottom explains it.

Good for them. Had a bit of a look around and some of their beers are certainly available in the UK, might hunt a couple down

I had the same reaction, thought it was a bit nonsensical with them all going to 1.000 even their "english pale" which doesn't mention any sour/funky character.
