I’ve received my first Rye IPA but it doesn’t say who it’s from.

Hopped with Northern Brewer & Citra and in a Banks Amber Bitter bottle.

I can confirm it's not from me (I used Simcoe, Azacca and Mosaic) - I think @Nottsbeer said he had forgotten to put his name on the bottles.

@pilgrimhudd, @SMP Brewery and @Mayor of Simpleton - Your bottles have been posted today, I only had larger boxes so I’ve thrown in a little bonus and a copy of the recipe I brewed off the Weyermann website.

I’ve got everything I need to brew an Imperial Stout apart from the yeast all I have is some WLP001 from a previous brew, would that be ok? If not then the LHBS has Mangrove Jack yeast, any suggestions.
As I have a free weekend I’ll see if I can get it brewed on Sunday.

used bry97 in the Russian imperial I did at the weekend as lallemand recomend it for ris. Wlp001 is listed as a decent substitute for it so should be good
